The first relase in our Rum Series is the Asian Spiced Recipe. Spiced with warming notes from szechuan pepper, all spice and cloves amongst other botanicals, this rum makes for a great winter warming serve. This is our first rum release, and for this process we wanted to blend our own Scottish white rum with a white Caribbean rum before spicing with 6 different asian inspired ingredients. Try on ice or with a mixer. We have been serving this with some Mexican lime soda water.
